  • Reduce the amount of caffeine in your diet. Caffeine can leech calcium from your body.
  • Do not starve yourself. Starving yourself may bring quick results, but weight lost through this method can easily return. Starvation-styled diets depend on muscle and fluid loss, and can cause cravings and fatigue – which can encourage you to overeat once off the diet.
